Oh look

On the top image two Triangle-people are shown greeting each other. The right one looks happy, but the left one seems sad - and they are holding what looks to be a chain. In the second picture, the sad one says something expressed by thumbs-down image and the other person is shown thinking. On the final image, the happy person points out the anchor at the end of the chain, and the sad person looks surprised and face-palms.
