It’s the worry that’s the enemy.
Worry feeds on itself, long after the orignal thought is gone. Don’t let it get to you. Worry is the mind-killer. Worry is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my Worry. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the Worry has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
Explainer’s explainer: the explainer’s paragraph is a paraphrase of Dune’s Litany Against Fear, but with worry replacing fear.
